Being well rested is a critical piece of the puzzle for me.  I know that I have to get enough sleep in order to navigate the world around me on the daily.  Are you getting enough sleep? How do you know?  Sleep researchers at the University of Pittsburgh (my alma mater, no less) developed a simple 5 question survey to determine your "degree of sleep fulfillment".
